Weekend workshop on emotional healing with the Board of Directors at the Hospice of the Upstate in Anderson, SC. The workshop consisted of a group of exercises addressing the challenges of any board and some of the particular ones of the Hospice board. An organization requires the opportunity to reflect, and a playful way to do it. Few groups serve a more valuable purpose in healing families at a vulnerable time, and its leaders need their own form of healing and invigorating. The process was meant to be helpful to them in other aspects of their lives as well as in their relationship to Hospice.
